CUSTOM TOOLS & WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

Less friction.
More possibility.

You don't need to know what software you need. Start with what’s frustrating you.

We build practical tools and custom systems around the way you work. Keep information organized, cut repetitive steps, and make the next action clear.

For your work, your ideas, and everyday life.

Pre-launch: Problem briefs are open. Client projects and payments are not.

A little instinct. A lot of intention.

Examples coming soon

Need a system for your startup? A custom CRM. An internal dashboard. A focused app. BXR brings the pieces together around your business. We start with what matters most.

Already have a tool that almost works? Bring that too. We can start by reviewing the sticking point before deciding whether to adjust, connect, rebuild, or leave it alone.

We’ll agree the scope, access, and running costs before building.

02 / SELECTED BUILDS

Selected builds & prototypes.

Two in-house BXR projects, shaped around everyday planning and keeping work on track.

  • Turn meal plans into one organized grocery list.
  • Adjust quantities for your household.
  • Check the pantry before buying more.
  • Compare shopping options using recorded prices.
  • Suggest preferences from repeated choices, with your approval.

  • Keep system health visible.
  • Distinguish work in progress from confirmed results.

03 / WHY BXR

Your work. Your goals. Built around you.

The right tool should fit the way you work. BXR starts with your routines, your existing tools, and the details a ready-made system can miss. We shape the solution around what matters to you.

You know your work. I’m here to understand it. When client work opens, I’m the person you’ll work with, from the first conversation through the build. You bring the context; I ask questions, show you the work early, and use your feedback to get the fit right. If a simpler fix makes more sense, I’ll tell you.

THE LAYERS OF A TAILORED SYSTEM

One system. Thoughtfully connected.

  1. Your needs

The goals, routines, and details that make it yours.

  2. Tools that work together

Useful software and automation, shaped around those needs.

  3. Checks & control

Clear rules, visible progress, and room for your judgment.

Conceptual view. Not a product demo or client system.

Whether you want time back, fewer missed opportunities, or a smoother path to getting paid, we agree what better looks like and how to check it.

04 / HOW WE WORK

Bring the problem. We’ll agree the next step.

You don’t need a finished brief. Start with a frustrating process, a tool that almost works, or a new idea.

When client work opens, a first conversation will help us understand the situation and decide whether BXR is a fit. It won’t be a completed audit or a commitment to a build.

Share a problem brief
01

Understand the problem.

Walk through the steps, the tools you use, where things get stuck, and what a useful improvement would look like.

02

Agree the next step.

Consider a simpler process, improving an existing tool, or a focused build. We agree on scope, price, and an estimated timeline before building.

03

Build and check it.

Try an early version. Check the agreed examples, missing information, and relevant exceptions, not just the easiest path.

04

Hand it over clearly.

Walk through using the tool, its limits, and its documentation. Hosting, account control, ownership, ongoing costs, and any separate support need agreement before the build starts.

PRE-LAUNCH PROBLEM BRIEFS

What feels harder than it should?

A frustrating process. A tool that almost works. A new idea.

You don’t need to know the solution. The more context you share, the better we can understand the problem.

What happens after you share?

We’ll review your brief as research for launch. If your situation could help shape something useful, BXR may email you to ask a question or learn more.

BXR is not accepting client projects, providing quotes, scheduling paid work, or taking payments yet. Sharing a brief does not create a client relationship or a commitment to build.

Share the problem, not the solution.

Problem briefs help BXR prepare for launch. Please leave out passwords and sensitive personal or business information.

Your problem brief and contact details

Tell us what you do now, which tools you use, where you get stuck, and what better would look like. A specific example and how often it happens help. Please leave out passwords and sensitive personal or business information.

How your problem brief is handled

When you share a problem brief, BXR Systems uses your email, message, and optional name to review it and possibly ask a follow-up question. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, and notification copies may be delivered to our Gmail inbox. This form does not sign you up for marketing or open a client project.

For questions about your brief or to request deletion, contact bxrminkz@gmail.com. Please do not submit confidential documents or other sensitive information.
